My order looked nothing like what I ordered - was told refunds/returns are not an option.. offered a discount code! Why would I want to spend more money on a website that did so bad? Plus the discount code wasn't actually given in the response that offered it ha.

Update: 4th August The saga continues. After posting a bad review across Toxic Fox FB pages last night I got a message from an anonymous person at the company this morning apologising for the delay. At this point I thought 'great maybe they are going to sort it'... Nope. I was passed on to yet another customer service team member who informed me it would be another 2-3 days before dispatch! The last time I spoke to them I was told the very latest the bag would be dispatched was the 29th July (over a month later than the original date of the 23rd June) But here I am on the 4th of August in the same position. No bag and STILL recieving generic copy and paste replies! Now I know I sound like I am going on a bit but I am so annoyed. I have been more than patient waiting for my order. I can see from trust pilot I am not the only one in this position. It's not ok to keep hiding behind the unique circumstances we all find ourselves in. The bag was for a friend who has recently graduated as a teacher. Order never arrived. No responses to my emails. No refund. Honestly the worst customer service ever.
Do not use them unless you are happy to give away your hard earned cash.

Ordered a bag for my daughter realised it wouldn’t arrive in time for her birthday I advised toxic fox and received a refund straight away great customer service

My friend ordered onesies for my daughters for Christmas which are super cute, perfect gift! Unfortunately one of them has broken a zip but I contacted the customer service team who replied within 20 minutes, they apologised for the problem where polite and friendly!They are sending a replacement onesie so we are very happy with the service provided! I have purchased bags in the past which have always been excellent and will continue to purchase knowing if there is ever a problem they will resolve the problem quickly. Thank you ?

Excellent customer service! Had a ‘moment’ and decided to change my avatars outfit after submitting the order, I received an email a few hours later showing me the change and asking if I was happy with it then a follow up email confirming the change had been made. Excellent!

My order arrived and was damaged. Within two minutes of my email I had a reply and the whole thing was resolved and my money refunded - excellent customer service

Nothing 'glitter effect' about the phone case!
'glitter effect' phone case which looks nothing remotely like glitter unless you call it purple with random white specks. Contacted customer service who refused a refund and offered me a discount code to buy something else. Already paid £24 for the phone case that will be going in the bin. Won't give them anymore money! Don't touch this company unless you want to pay over the odds to be left with products that aren't as described and rubbish quality!

Fantastic customer service, fast and efficient. I have used this site many times and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting some cool personalised gifts which are very high quality and super cute!

Terrible quality poor service can't handle large orders and only do one code at a time so 3.99 every order my headphones are terrible

Ordered from the business a couple of times, first was a book bag for my daughter which was lovely, good quality and lasted until she no longer needed it.The second is a chopping board for my mother in law, I’m awaiting its delivery and the team have have been very helpful with any of my queries.
